“The Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa, located at the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales at Bolton Abbey, is one of England’s favourite country house hotels. Before becoming a hotel, the building was once used as a 17th century inn. Traditions of a warm welcome and fine hospitality continue to this day, and we pride ourselves on impeccable service and attention to detail.
Feel inspired by the rural countryside in one of our 40 bespoke bedrooms. Firstly designed for comfort and luxury, but including well-appointed amenities intended to charm, each of our rooms has its own quirky character. Our original eleven bedrooms housed in the ‘Old Wing’ were built in the 17th century, and their style reflects traditional country-style living. You’ll find many of our original bedrooms include beautiful four poster beds, feature fireplaces and picturesque views.
We host a variety of dining options, and all menus are created with produce sourced locally and from our own kitchen garden, impeccably served in a delightful country house setting. Our menus can all be tailored to cater for special dietary needs, all we ask is for you to share your requirements with us prior to arrival.”
