Although Wallingford and Crowmarsh Gifford are the same mileage along the Ridgeway Path and Thames Path, Wallingford is on the west side of the Thames, and Crowmarsh Gifford is on the east.
Although much smaller than Wallingford, it does have the advantage of having camping sites.
