Haworth
53 MILES ALONG THE PENNINE WAY FROM EDALE, PLUS 3 MILES OFF ROUTE
Although Haworth is a fair distance off the Pennine Way, we have included it because it has a Youth Hostel and plenty of accommodation, pubs and restaurants. It also has many associations with the Bronte family, making it a place some may want to take a day off the Pennine Way.
Leave the Pennine Way at Ponden Reservoir; turn south when the Pennine Way turns north just after Upper Heights Farm [Map]. Turn east at Bronte Bridge and follow the Bronte Way into Haworth.
