Sedbergh
52 MILES ALONG THE DALES WAY FROM ILKLEY, PLUS ¾ MILE OFF-ROUTE
Sedbergh is the largest town in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and well worth the ¾ mile diversion from the Dales Way.
Public Transport
Dent Rail Station is located in Cowgill (not Dent), and is roughly ¾ mile off the Dales Way. Turn right at the junction ¾ mile past the Sportsman’s Inn [MAP].
Bus Services are not very frequent, but they connect to two other places on the Dales Way: Dent and Sedbergh
