Talybont
74¾ MILES ALONG THE CAMBRIAN WAY FROM CARDIFF, PLUS 5 MILES OFF ROUTE
This is on the Talybont Variation, five miles off the main route, and allows finding B&B without having to walk 20 miles and a great deal of ascent. A bonus is the beautiful location.
Those using this alternative route should leave the main path at the location shown in map 13 on page 32 of the Cambrian Way guidebook [MAP]. The old Bryn Oer tramroad is then followed to Talybont.
